The all new LED driven task light Ninety comes in three shiny colours, white, black and grey
The 6 February Luxo introduced a stunning new task light called Ninety at the Stockholm Furniture Fair.
The world’s classic task light has got a successor.
The new task light Ninety from Luxo is a descendant of the world’s most sold architect lamp L-1, and it combines the lighting technology of tomorrow with pure design. Ninety has four very effective LEDs, which use only 6 watt together, and it distributes twice as much light on the work area as its predecessor. And
besides, you will never have to change a bulb again!
Ninety will revolutionize the work light, in the same way L-1 did. L-1 was the first desk luminaire designed for task lighting, and now Luxo has built their 70 year old knowledge of light, lighting and functionality into the new luminaire and combined that with a contemporary and elegant design. Ninety has four specialized LEDs, which mean lowest possible energy consumption combined with high light output and perfect colour rendering.
This is the first time LEDs are used for anything else than indication lights or toys, states R&D Manager Lars-Fredrik Forberg at Luxo. – The characteristics of LEDs so far have been white light and poor colour rendering. Not anymore. – With Ninety we have managed to create a warm and comfortable light that makes all colours stand out.
