5-Year Warranty statement 
Our 5-year warranty applies for Luxo products presented in our catalogue, effective from 1 May 2004. Free service in 5 years is guaranteed on mechanical components with proven defects in material and craftsmanship. Luxo guarantee the quality of Luxo branded products for 5 years from date of invoice under the following conditions:
- Original invoice or sales receipt must be submitted together with the product
- That use and installation of the product are according to the guidelines enclosed with the product
- That the product has not been exposed to extraordinary climatic or environmental strain
- That the product has not been altered, adapted or repaired by a non-authorized service organisation, dealer or customer
- That there are no defects to the system into which the product is incorporated
The warranty does not cover the following conditions or elements:
- Light sources
- Accidents, lightning, water, fire, improper ventilation or any cause beyond the control of Luxo
- Periodic maintenance and repair or replacement of parts due to normal use
- This warranty does not affect the customer’s statutory rights under applicable national Sale of Goods Act in force, or the customer’s rights against the dealer arising from their sales/purchase contract.
